Terms
Last updated October 12, 2026
Project Future is in a small test. These terms are a working version and will be reviewed by a lawyer before the app opens to the public. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. If you tell us, or the app learns, that you are under 18, your account is closed. You may have one account, and the details you give about yourself must be true.
2. What the app does
Project Future gives you an AI wingman. You can talk to it about anything, ask it to remember things and remind you of them, and ask it to find someone for a plan. When it finds someone, the introduction is checked by a person on our team before either of you sees it. You both have 24 hours to say yes; nobody hears anything unless you both do. Then a chat opens between the two of you.
The wingman is an AI. It can be wrong, including about places, times and people. It is not a counsellor, doctor, lawyer or emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911.
3. Meeting people
We suggest public places for every date, and we ask you to tell a friend where you are going. We do not run background checks on members, and we cannot promise how anyone will behave. You are responsible for your own safety and for your choices when you meet someone.
4. How you behave
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, deceive or pressure anyone; do not send sexual content to someone who has not asked for it; do not use the app for money, sales or anyone else's purposes; do not pretend to be someone else; and do not try to break or misuse the app or its AI. You can block or report anyone from a chat. We read every report and may close the account of anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep what you write and the photos you add. You let us store and use them to run the app: to show your profile to people you are introduced to, to let the wingman understand you and pick introductions, and to keep the app safe. Only add photos that are of you and that you have the right to use.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your profile, photos and conversations. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
7. No guarantees
The app is offered as it is, during a test. We do not promise any number of introductions, that anyone will say yes, or that the app will always be available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between members, or for indirect losses from using the app.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
